We want to be straightforward about how returns work at AutoGrip. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at return@autogrip.co.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photo or video proof of the damage or defect. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been used

Proof Required

To initiate a return, you must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. Claims without proof will not be processed.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your return is approved, you will receive either a refund or a replacement — determined after inspection.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be resolved with a refund or replacement at our discretion.
